NOVA – .21/.24 Turbo Rear Backplate Cover

This is an optional backplate offered by NOVA for use on there .21-.24 nitro engines featuring a similar design concept as used by EBMods’s Power Plate, REDS’s own ‘Airboost’ backplate, and 6MIK’s Optima ‘Booster’ style backplate which have become increasingly popular over the years.

The backplate is designed to offer increased fuel efficiency along with a slight increase in mid-top end performance, additionally the backplate also gives the engine a quicker return to idle from high throttle which helps to contribute to the additional runtime and more consistent idle.

Definitely a worthwhile addition to any NOVA engine for use in competition!
